There are plans to start bringing kids back to school, so I decided to start tracking the count of cases per day of the 0-19 age group to see if the rate is going up or down. At the time I wrote this, there isn't much data. Once school is back it will be interesting to see how the numbers start trending. I'm recording anyone 19 and younger for this. There is the possibility that there will be some 19 year old sophomores from West Chester University who are off campus caught up in this, but hopefully there aren't many. Also if WCU lets students on campus again, that will feed a lot of 17-18 year olds into the data, but that hasn't happened yet. There will also be some day-care kids caught up, but that number should be stable as I believe most of those are open now, so the gain and loss will mostly be from the schools reopening.
